Physical AI for packaging converting
Run the converting
plant autonomously.
Foldeon perceives and controls every stage (corrugator, press, die-cutter, folder-gluer and end-of-line) to make square, on-strength, on-brand boxes with fewer defects, less waste and lower makeready.

Built for integrated plants, sheet feeders & folding-carton converters
Almost everything shipped, stocked or sold travels inside a box. Making it well is a brutal, high-speed, margin-thin craft.
Board caliber, moisture, registration, color, die wear, glue temperature and stacking all drift constantly with humidity, board lot, ink and job. A hair of drift becomes reject stacks, brand-rejected print and customer claims.
Perceive → decide → act
One platform, the whole converting line
Six agents map one-to-one onto the physical flow, orchestrated by a physics-informed digital twin that hits target quality and yield before the run.
-
01
Corvex · Board making
Runs the corrugator to hold warp-free, on-strength board across grades and humidity.
-
02
Chromata · Printing
Keeps every impression on-register and on-brand across flexo, litho and digital.
-
03
Kreasa · Die-cut & crease
Maximises board yield and holds clean cuts and sound creases.
-
04
Gluvex · Fold & glue
Eliminates skips, fishtails and misfolds for square, sound boxes.
-
05
Palvex · End-of-line
Drives robotic feeding, stacking, bundling and palletizing at line speed.
-
06
Twinflo · Twin & OEE
Simulates the line to hit quality and yield before the run, and orchestrates the agents.
One platform, six agents
Six agents. One plant-edge data flywheel.
Land on any one machine, expand to the whole plant. Each agent’s outcomes become training signal for the others.

From perception to control, bounded and auditable
Legacy controls only observe. Foldeon fuses vision, spectrophotometry and PLC telemetry, predicts quality in real time, then issues bounded closed-loop setpoint moves the operator can trust.
- Grounded, auditable outputs with every decision logged
- Bounded machine-control policies with operator approval modes
- Shadow → assist → autonomous, at the pace each plant chooses
- Deep cross-vendor integration across mixed machine fleets

The opportunity
A multi-billion market, running on manual makeready
The operator’s craft, encoded
Capture the black art before it retires
The press operators, corrugator crews and die-makers whose feel governs quality are a scarce, aging craft. Foldeon learns from every run and holds the standard on every shift.
- Real-time warp, crush, registration, color and glue quality
- Auto-tuned makeready that shrinks changeovers on high-mix jobs
- Lighter-weight, harder-to-run board handled with confidence
- A cross-machine dataset no single-machine vendor can assemble
We stopped firefighting waste and started running to target. The corrugator holds strength through humidity swings that used to cost us a shift of reject stacks.
Answers
Questions converters ask
Does Foldeon replace our machine controls?
No. Foldeon sits alongside your existing corrugator, press, die-cutter and folder-gluer controls, reading their telemetry and issuing bounded setpoint moves within limits you approve. It augments the line rather than ripping and replacing it.
How fast can we see ROI?
Most converters start with one wedge (corrugator warp/waste, print color/registration, or folder-gluer glue quality), measure a baseline, run in shadow mode, then switch on assist and autonomous control as the numbers prove out.
Which machines and vendors are supported?
Foldeon is built for mixed fleets. Cross-vendor connectors integrate corrugators, flexo/litho/digital presses, flatbed and rotary die-cutters, folder-gluers, palletizers and MES/OEE systems.
Is the AI a black box?
No. Outputs are grounded and auditable, every control decision is logged, and policies are bounded. Quality and engineering teams can trace why any move was made.
Every box, perfectly made.
