Every pilot is scoped around one measurable wedge

Baseline measurement

We measure your current waste, claims and OEE on real jobs before anything changes.

Shadow-mode recommendations

Foldeon runs alongside the line and recommends moves with zero production risk.

Assist-mode approval

Operators approve each move as trust builds toward autonomous control.

Pre-agreed conversion path

A clear path to Line, Plant or Enterprise pricing when waste, makeready, claim or OEE gates are met.

Questions converters ask

Do you offer paid pilots?

Yes. Paid pilots are priced and scoped around one measurable wedge (print-defect and color plus registration, corrugator warp and waste, or folder-gluer glue and fold quality), each with baseline measurement and a pre-agreed conversion path.

How is outcome pricing calculated?

Outcome-based components attach to the highest-value workflows (waste, makeready, claims and OEE) so you pay more only as measured value grows.

What discount do you offer for annual prepay?

Roughly 15 to 20% for annual prepay, with additional structure for multi-year enterprise agreements and usage ramps.

Can we expand gradually?

Yes, that’s the model. Net revenue retention through land-and-expand is our primary growth engine, so tiers are designed to grow line by line, module by module, site by site.
