Why this stage is hard

Plant managers run blind on real-time warp, crush, registration, color, glue quality, waste and OEE across the corrugator, presses, die-cutters and folder-gluers: machines from many vendors that barely talk to each other.

The converting-line-and-box twin and system of record

Twinflo is a physics-informed Omniverse twin of corrugation, print, die and fold and handling. It simulates each job and auto-tunes makeready to hit target quality and yield before the run, unifies real-time OEE, waste, energy and quality across vendors, and orchestrates the other five agents with an immutable, quality-grade audit trail.

  • Physics-informed Omniverse twin of the whole converting line and the box
  • Pre-run job simulation and makeready auto-tuning
  • Unified real-time OEE, waste, energy and quality across vendors
  • cuOpt plant optimization: sequencing, nesting, makeready order and energy

What Twinflo does

Pre-run simulation

Simulates corrugation, print and die and fold to hit target quality and yield before the run.

Unified OEE

One real-time view of OEE, waste, energy and quality across the mixed fleet.

Plant optimization

cuOpt sequences jobs, nesting, makeready order and energy across the plant.

Orchestration and audit

Coordinates the five agents with an immutable, quality-grade audit trail.

How it composes into the plant

Twinflo is the brain and system of record. It calibrates against every run, orchestrates all five agents, and turns the plant into a single, optimizable system.

  • Shares the plant-edge data flywheel
  • Uses cross-vendor machine and MES connectors
  • Runs on the common Jetson, Triton and NIM fabric
  • Validated by the Twinflo digital twin before every run

Questions converters ask

Can we run Twinflo on a single line first?

Yes. Twinflo deploys on one machine under the Line tier so you can measure a baseline, run in shadow mode, and switch on control as ROI proves out.

Does it work with our existing machine and vendor?

Foldeon is built for mixed fleets. Cross-vendor connectors integrate the machine, its PLC and your MES and OEE systems, with no rip-and-replace.

How do operators stay in control?

You choose the autonomy level per workflow: shadow (recommend), assist (approve each move) or autonomous, and every decision is logged and auditable.
